Every project we undertake is carefully designed and produced in close collaboration with our clients. Because of the personalized nature of our services, this Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may or may not apply.

1. No Refunds After Delivery

Once a project has been delivered to the client and approved (with revisions as agreed upon), no refunds will be provided. This is because each deliverable is uniquely created for the client and cannot be reused or resold. Our services involve extensive creative input, time, and resources, which makes refunds after delivery impractical.

2. Cancellations Before Project Commencement

• If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has begun, and no significant resources or planning have been allocated, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion (after deducting any administrative or consultation fees).
• If substantial planning, creative work, or resource allocation has already started, refunds may not be applicable, even if the project has not yet entered the production stage.

3. Cancellations During an Ongoing Project

If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has started:

• Payments made for completed milestones or stages are non-refundable.
• Any unpaid stages of the project may be waived, depending on the cancellation timing and mutual agreement.
• In cases where significant progress has been made, Mark X Media reserves the right to bill for the proportion of work completed.

4. Revisions and Client Satisfaction

To ensure client satisfaction, we provide revisions as per the agreed project scope. Revisions are included to refine the project until it meets the client’s needs, but they must be requested within the agreed timeframe. Once revisions are completed and the final deliverable is shared, the project will be considered closed, and no refund requests will be entertained.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations such as:

• Technical errors caused solely by Mark X Media.
• Failure to deliver within the agreed extended timeline without valid reasons.

A refund or partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of our management team. However, such cases are exceptional and evaluated individually.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet blackouts, pandemics, etc.), delays in delivery may occur. In such cases, cancellation or refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but generally, refunds will not be applicable if work has already begun.
