6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution of projects, clients are responsible for:

• Offering constructive feedback within the agreed timelines.
• Securing all required permissions, licenses, or approvals for content provided to us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary inputs on time.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Misuse, alteration, or unauthorized use of creative work after delivery.
• Technical delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination of Services

• A client fails to meet payment obligations.
